We will also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business, for any other purpose whether statistical or analytical and to help us prevent fraud. Where appropriate, now and in the future you may have the ability to express your preferences around the use of your data as set out in this Privacy Policy and this may be exercised though your chosen method of using the Service, for example mobile, mobile applications or any representation of the Website.

In addition, we may need to provide your information to any Restaurants that you have placed an Order with so as to allow the Restaurant to process your Order. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you have consented we may allow carefully selected third parties, including marketing and advertising companies, our affiliates and associates, to contact you occasionally about services that may be of interest to you. They may contact you by post, telephone, mobile messaging (e.g. SMS, MMS, etc.) as well as by e-mail. If you change your mind about being contacted by these companies in the future, please let us know by using the contact details set out in paragraph 7 below and/or by amending your profile accordingly.

16. HOW WE MANAGE YOUR DATA

We know there's a lot of uncertainty and anxiety about sharing contact details and what businesses do with that contact data, so we just wanted to make clear how we store your information such as your email address and details of your bookings with us.

All of our restaurant clients are entered onto our secure servers which are based in United Kingdom and France . We collect information - your name, telephone number and email address - so that we can:

  • Contact you to let you know about our services and offers. You can opt out of this at any time.
  • Follow up on enquiries you may have made via our corporate site
  • Keep track of what you use time2dine for, so that we can better improve our services and assist you when you need information
  • Set up appointments with decision makers at your venue before sending quotes, installation schedules etc.
  • Inform you of our onboarding process should you decide to join time2dine
  • Send relevant documents should you become a client
  • Add your venue details to the time2dine website and app.
  • Arrange staff training at your venue should you become a client
  • Seek feedback on our products and services so that we can provide high standards of service

Your data is not used for any other purpose. We do not hold any bank details of restaurant owners, as this information is input via the Stripe payment processor. Go Cardless is also used for regular payments, but again, we don’t have access to bank details.

We store this data securely on our servers and it is accessible to our staff. It is also accessible by the team at The Marketing Department, our agency who help us manage our website, social media and other marketing operations.  Client data will also be shared with Optio VA, or any other consultant we engage to assist with admin. and client communication tasks.

Refund Policy

Restaurants and Merchants are solely responsible for their interactions with you and any and all claims, injuries, illnesses, damages, liabilities, and costs (“Claims”) suffered by you (or, if applicable, any recipient of a time2dine Gift Card or a Merchant Gift Card) as a result of your (or such recipient’s) interaction with or visit to any Restaurant or Merchant or from any product or service of any Restaurant or Merchant. You hereby release the time2dine Parties from any and all such Claims.

The only exception to the above would be an issue directly caused by a technical problem when using time2dine services (such as failure to communicate the order to restaurant). In such instances, time2dine will be happy to issue a full refund.
